Schreiner Football Signee Portal- Class of 2026

Welcome to the Family

Congratulations on becoming part of Schreiner Football.

You are now part of something bigger than yourself. We are building this program with young men who believe in hard work, discipline, toughness, brotherhood, and finishing what they start.

This page is designed to help you stay organized and complete everything you need before reporting to campus on Tuesday August 11th. Please work through each item below and check this page often for updates.

Our standard is simple:
Be early.
Be accountable.
Communicate well.
Finish every task.

Important Checklist (reporting day is Tuesday August 11)

Complete each item below as soon as possible.

  1. Submit your NCAA Eligibility Center ID
  2. Complete the Player Bio Form
  3. Upload or submit your Sickle Cell Test documentation
  4. Review and begin the Summer Workout Program
  5. Join all team communication channels
  6. Complete any admissions, housing, and financial aid items still pending
  7. Check this page weekly for updates and new tasks

1. NCAA Eligibility Center ID

Every student-athlete must create submit his NCAA Eligibility Center ID number. Click on Create a Profile Page (FREE).

If you have not completed your NCAA Eligibility Center process yet, make that a priority immediately.

If you have questions or run into issues, communicate with our staff right away.


2. Player Bio Form

Every signee needs to complete the player bio form. This information helps us with roster information, graphics, communications, and internal football operations.

Please complete this as soon as possible and make sure all information is accurate.


3. Sickle Cell Test Documentation

Every player must provide documentation for sickle cell status as part of the required medical process.

  • Locate Results: If you cannot find your records, contact the state newborn screening program where you were born.
  • Order a Test: If no record exists, have a physician order a “Sickle Cell Solubility Test”.
  • Submit Documentation: Provide the official results (showing name, date of birth, and result) to your school’s athletic trainer.
  • Timeline: Start this process early, as requesting records can take up to 30 days.

4. SU Workout Program

Your preparation starts now.

The young men who show up ready — physically and mentally — give themselves the best opportunity to compete, improve, and help this team.

5. Team Communication

All signees need to be connected to our communication channels so you do not miss important updates, deadlines, and reminders.

6. University Items

Football is only one part of being ready for campus. Make sure you are also staying on top of your university responsibilities.

Please continue working through any remaining items related to:

  1. Financial Aidset up an appointment here
  2. Health History– email Meningitis records to health@schreiner.edu
  3. Final transcriptsemail them to transcripts@schreiner.edu
  4. Housing– Login to your Schreiner One account > Admissions >Residence Life > Housing Application
  5. Course Preference Form– Login to your Schreiner One account > Admissions > My Application Next Steps> complete Course Preference form (do this early to get the classes you want)
  6. Orientation– Login to your Schreiner One account > Admissions >My Application Next Steps>sign up for orientation (do this early to get the classes you want)

If something is incomplete, handle it now. Do not let avoidable issues delay your path to campus.
