“Well, obviously, our personal family comes first. But, my family is a large group that contains about 100 football players. They are all mine, and that is okay. This is what our job is, to help them grow and mature through the experiences at Schreiner. I have a feeling of responsibility with all these players and their futures. I hope they sense that, and I think they do.” – Keith Allen
Keith Allen and Melissa Smith were married in June of 1999. Dr. Allen was raised in Forney, Texas, and received her undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma, Master’s degree from Southwest Baptist University and her Doctorate from Liberty University. They are the proud parents of two children, their daughter Katie and son James.
